Jeremy Humphries

Jeremy Humphries is an award winning Director of Photography.

His professional career began as a Trainee Assistant Film Cameraman at the BBC’s prestigious Ealing Film Studios. After two years of camera training and field craft, Jeremy qualified and was promoted to Assistant Film Cameraman.  In this role, he worked on many well-known dramas and documentaries, including shooting for the David Attenborough’s ‘First Eden’ series and as focus puller on the ground breaking series ‘Edge of Darkness’.

As a Film Cameraman Jeremy has worked on a huge and eclectic profile of productions throughout his career. From observational to drama documentary and from high definition to film; Jeremy has worked on countless series and productions for BBC Television, Channel 4, ITV, Discovery, WGBH, National Geographic and a multitude of independent production companies in the UK and abroad.
